Oasis

Oasis are an English rock band that formed in 1991. The group was formed by Liam gallagher (vocals), Paul Arthurs (guitar), Paul McGuigan (bass) and Tony McCarroll (drums). Oasis have sold over 50 million records worldwide. Their first album is "Definitely maybe", they recorded it in 1994.. There was a great competition between Oasis and Blur and many insults, provocations, fights. Shortly afterwards they recorded the album (What's the Story) Morning Glory?and sold it over 18 million records worldwide. They win many awards around fifteen.

Their famoust songs are Supersonic, Wonderwall, Live forever, Don't Look Back In Anger, Lyla and Cigarettes & Alcohol. The 6th of october 2008, they recorded their last album Dig out your soul. We can classify Oasis's music in Rock, Britpop, Alternative rock.
